Fear Not. You have an anchor. He will never let you down.

Dear friend, we are so glad to write to you once again. I hope you are doing well by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. We have received emails on Fear for the last few months. We are writing this to encourage those who are going through a fearful situation right now. We all go through the dark tunnel of Fear at some point. Fear does not differentiate religion, race, or gender. It grips every one of us at some point in life. The only option we were given during those times was to go through it and come out of it.

When the Fear enters our life?

When we feel lonely and insecure, Fear can easily overcome us. Loneliness can happen to us even when many close relatives surround us. For example, I faced a lonely moment when the doctors declared I had suspected brain cancer. I feared what would happen to my family, kids, and their future. Though I was surrounded by many, there were lonely moments I had to face deep within myself. The situation created sudden insecurity. My future was about to be vaporized. Some of you would not have gone through fearful situations in your past. I humbly recommend you continue reading even though you have not faced a similar situation. If you want to know how God helped me come out, you can read here => Do Not be anxious. My True Story.

Fear does not only enter our lives through sickness. Loss of a job, debt, life-changing moments such as losing loved ones, etc., can lead to Fear about the future. Some of us get afraid for our lives every day. Fear is conceived in their thoughts even when their external circumstances are ordinary.

How can We Go through Fear and come out?

During the past year, many have gone through severe financial stress. Families were separated. Many lost their loved ones. The waves of the pandemic keep coming in some of the countries. As we continue our lives in an ever-changing world, we need an unchanging anchor that holds our lives. Well, you can ask what can be that anchor that remains constant throughout our life. It’s no one but our dear Lord who created you and me. Jesus said, “Do not be afraid. I am the First and the Last. I am the Living One; I was dead, and now look, I am alive forever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and Hades.” Jesus Christ is our anchor. You are not alone in the current situation. He will never let us down. The dark clouds can come over lives. The storm may surround us. But Jesus will hold our life-ship even though the waves rise over us.

Do Not Be Afraid – We Have an Anchor

My dear friend, does your life have an anchor? Do not wait till tomorrow to fix the anchor. Lift your eyes towards God and invite Jesus into your life. You might be aware of Jesus. You might have trusted Him in the past. But make Him the anchor of your life today. The God who created you knows how to take you through the storms. He will hold your hands and walk with you. Put your trust in him. God says, “Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.” This is a call from our Lord. He is asking us not to fear and not to be discouraged. He is willing to hold us with His powerful and mighty hands. What a powerful anchor we have in our life.

Let’s bow down and pray to Jesus:

Dear Jesus, you know my deepest fears. Could you help me to come out of it? I understand that you are my life’s anchor. My situations around me will change. I can not trust my status, education, wealth, or anything else. You are my unchanging God. Your love for me never changes. Your life-saving power has not been reduced. Please hold my life. I surrender my life to you. Lead me. Hold me and protect me. Let me put all my trust in you. Forgive my past mistakes. Wash me with your precious blood. Remove all my Fear. Fill my heart with your heavenly peace. I pray in Jesus’s name, Amen.

Dear friend, May the Holy Spirit speak to your heart tenderly. May He comfort you and remove every negative Fear from your life. We are praying for you. May Jesus bless you and make you a blessing for many.
