Listen to my voice in the morning, Lord. Each morning I bring my requests to you and wait expectantly. - The Bible
Dear friend, When we go through painful moments we need someone who can listen with empathy and recognize our situation. We do not expect any solution or advice most of the time. All we are searching for is a place where we can pour out our frustration and pain. But most of the time we end up with many who wants to counsel. Many want to advise and give solutions for the situation they have never gone through. But very few are willing to listen. Dear friend, Wherever you are today God is with you right now. You might be alone with no one else around you. Jesus wants to listen to you. Are you open to pour out your heart to Jesus right now?
Jesus listens to our desperate calls
David in Bible knew God is a good listener. He cried out to Him during his most difficult moment's life. He compiled His disparate call to God as Psalms. The psalms of David are a collection of deepest prayers and praises offered to God from the bottom of the heart. When David wrote Psalm 57 and 142, he was running away from Saul to save his life. He was hiding in a cave. His life was in danger. David chose to talk to God and poured out his situation. He knew God is a good listener. He chose to open his heart to God and ask Him to be with him during times of troubles.
We have a precious lesson to learn from the life of David. Even when nobody is around us to comfort us, Jesus is with us. We can always share our feelings with Him. We do not have to hide anything from God. The presence of God is the greatest comfort to our soul.
Its time to talk to Jesus
Jesus is willing to listen to our prayers. Are we ready to talk to Him? When we go through a storm in our life, some of us want to isolate ourselves and be alone. Even during the moments of loneliness and isolation, Jesus is with us. He wants to stand with us during those difficult times. Are we ready to share our feelings with Him?
We don't have to be poetic and come up with the choicest words to speak to God. It's our moment to express our fear, lack of confidence, hopelessness, and the help we need from God. God knows us. He knows whether we are speaking from our heart or from only lips. We do not have to hide our feelings, sufferings, pain, and emotions. Jesus knew our hearts and how tough life on earth is. He said, "In this world, you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." Jesus is inviting every one of us to talk to Him right now. God says, "Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know." Are you ready to talk to Jesus right now?
Don't fight it alone. Bring God into your situation
As we pour out our heart to God let's surrender and submit all the situation into the hands of God and ask Jesus to take charge of the situation. Ask Him to be our protector. This is where our prayer changes from self-centric to God-centric.
God takes great pleasure when we go to Him and ask Him to take charge of our situation. He is our heavenly father. He loves to help every one His child. Jesus not only takes great pleasure in listening to our cries but also compassionately helps us during difficult situations. As you talk to Jesus, please ask Him to be your savior, protector, provider, healer, and redeemer. By doing this we bring God into the center of our difficult situation. We invite him to be part of our suffering. Do not fight your battles alone bring God into your side.
Jesus carried all our weaknesses and sorrows on the cross. The Bible says, "Yet it was our weaknesses he (Jesus) carried; it was our sorrows that weighed him down."
Dear friend, are you going through tough times in life. God wants to comfort your heart. He wants to fill you with heavenly peace and give you new hope. He is just a prayer away. Let's lift our voice and call up on the name of Jesus. Please place your hand on your heart and pray the below prayer from the bottom of your heart.
Dear Jesus, I want here to pour out my heart to you. You know my deepest thoughts and my concerns. Please come into my life. Listen to my prayers. The Bible says you are the greatest comforter, counselor, and compassionate God.
I want you beside me during the ups and downs of my life. I want to share with you my longings, frustration, fear, and anxieties. Be close to me. You are my fortress and the rock. I put my trust in you. Hold my hands and walk with me all the time of my life. I pray in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
Dear friend, Jesus listened to your prayers. He will surely answer you. Do not lose hope. Wherever you are right now, we are praying for you. May He release you from all the heartaches and fill your life with joy and peace. May Jesus bless you and make you a blessing for many.
We are praying for you. Jesus will surely bring peace and joy in your life. He will release you from all your problems. May God bless you and make you a blessing for many.
