Find Your Life Purpose

Dear Friend

Are you searching to get meaning out of your life? Do you think your life has no purpose? The Bible says we have only one chance to live on this earth. Whether we use the opportunity to do good or bad is up to us. We all have to leave this earth one day. Some young and some old. The loving God gave us life to live, gave us options to choose and conscious to tell us what is right and wrong. But one day he will judge all us, whether we are rich or poor, block or white, hero or zero. He will judge us by the same standards.

Dear Friend, the potter knows the pot he would make before starting to make one. The artist would have the completed picture of art in his mind before even he starts his first stroke of paint. Our God knows the plan and purpose of our life before we were conceived in our mother’s womb. If anyone wants to know life and its purpose he needs to go back to the author and the creator of our life. The creator knows the purpose of his creation.

Only God knows how precious we are. Only he can tell us the invaluable talents and gifts we possess. But God holds the manual on how to use them. We might own a car. But we should know how to drive and how to maintain the car as prescribed in the manual furnished by the car manufacturer. Similarly, only God who created us can teach us how to use our talents and gifts. The Bible says, God loved so loved us so much, he gave his one and only son Jesus to redeem us from our mistakes. He considered us precious compare to his own son Jesus Christ.

To listen to God’s voice and understand the purpose and value of life God has given us, we need to do a few simple things.

Surrender Your Life to God

In my life, I have experienced complete guidance from God when I completely surrender my plans to God. I have realized my life has many blind spots that I can not see, which God can. Things that I thought were bad planning from God were the best for my life. God says in Bible, For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

God knows what is best for us. He is the beginning and end and beyond time. Dear Friend, do you want to make the best decisions in life? Surrender your life to God and wait at his feat for direction and guidance. If you would like to know how to surrender your life to God, you go through this link =>

Be Truthful to God in small things

God expects us to be truthful in small things. For God to teach us big things, we need to be truthful in our lives in small things. He knows our heart and our deepest thoughts. We can show a beautiful and respectable public image through our personalities, qualifications, talents, and skills, but God has a fine print of our private life. He knows our deepest secrets and our thoughts. God expects us to maintain our integrity in private and public life.

God is a gentleman. He does not come into your life unless you invite and he leaves our heart quietly if it becomes filthy.

Learn to listen to God

It is difficult to hear the voice of our own children or spouse in a crowded place. How can we hear God’s voice if our mind is crowded with many thoughts? The only way we can hear his voice is by quietening all the other thoughts and voices in our mind. Dedicate time to spend with him. Read the Bible taking time out of your busy schedule. Stand before him for prayer with all the honesty. Is there anything we can hide from him who knows all our deepest secrets? Jesus Says, Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. God always listens, and he answers our prayer. Prayer is a time to ask, and it’s a time to listen God’s voice.

Do things what God likes

ALWAYS before doing anything check if God will like what you are trying to do? As you grow closer and closer, you will know what God likes and dislikes. Even as a child, we know our earthly father likes and what makes him happy. As we get closer to a heavenly father, we will understand what he likes us to do. In your personal, family, professional and spiritual life always take a decision by checking will my God like me to do this? Will he approve of this choice I am trying to make? Our life will be blessed if we try to do what God likes us to do.

We hope the article was helpful to you. Will you do a small prayer and firm up your choice to follow God in order to find your life purpose?

Prayer

Dear God, I want to find my true purpose in life. I know I can find it by following you, by trusting you and listening to your wise words. Help me to take the right and wise choices in my life. Let me follow you with all my heart. Avoid all the pitfalls of failures. Let my eyes be always focused on you. Dear Lord, Guide me, be with me during my times of success and failures. I pray this prayer from the bottom of my heart. In Jesus’s name, I pray.
