Dear Friend

Warm welcome to the message of encouragement for the month of July. How are you doing? Jesus loves you. He cares for you dearly. If you have received answers to your prayers, please do not forget to write via email by clicking here. So that we  can rejoice in you.

You can listen this message by clicking the you tube video below.

This is a football World Cup season. We are already in the knockout phase. It’s fascinating to see the players rejoicing when they score a goal. The world is watching them. There are supporters around the world supporting. The joy of scoring a goal in the World Cup is amazing.

When we see the countries win the game, the celebrations on the ground, in the gallery, and back home are exhilarating.

All these are one side of the story. There are tears and disappointments on the other side when the countries lose. They have reached this level after playing so many qualifying games. They have trained hard for the World Cup for months and days. But yet they have lost to a better team.

Every team wants to win. But unfortunately, 47 of the 48 teams will lose. Only one team will win the World Cup. The rest of the team might celebrate today after winning a match. But they will go through tears and disappointment again another day when they lose. The same crowd that screamed during the victory might leave the stadium dejected.

This is the true irony of this world. The victories are short-lived. The happiness is due to happenings. The wise man Solomon called the victories “meaningless”, and a smoke that vanishes.

Victory in Jesus

Dear Friend, are you worried about your life? Jesus wants to give you a victorious life. He does not want to give you transient victories. The victory God wants to give you will be everlasting. It remains with you for eternity.

The Bible says, The horse is prepared for the day of battle, but the victory belongs to the Lord. – Proverbs 21:31 NLT.

In ancient wars, horses brought speed and mobility. They are trained for the war-like situation sounds and stresses. A king with horses and a chariot has a huge edge. In spite of everything, God decides the victory. He decides who will win a battle.

The life of Joseph began as a failure when his brothers sold him as a slave. But raised him as the prime minister of Egypt and made him victorious. The same brothers who sold him as a slave bowed before him.

Moses was running away from the land of Egypt. He thought that through his power, he could deliver his people. But his own people rejected him. God brought back Moses after 40 years of training. He was victorious against the powerful Egyptian army with a shepherd’s staff and through God’s power.

How to receive this victorious life?

Dear Friend, it does not matter what your situation is today. Jesus wants to give you a victorious life. What do you have to do to receive this victorious life?

As a first step, please reconcile with Jesus if you have not done so. Invite Jesus into your life. Call upon the name of Jesus. Ask Him to be your guide and lead your life.

Pour out your heart in his presence. Tell him all that is bothering your heart. Your anxieties, fear of the future, and your worries be poured out in His presence. He carried all your burdens on the cross.

Believe Jesus can change your past failures into victories. Who would have imagined shepherd boy David would become King one day? God can change your situation, too. He can lift you up. You have put your faith in Jesus. The Bible says, It is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him. – Hebrew 11:6 NLT

When God gives you victory, be thankful and humble before Him. Remember, the victory comes from the Lord. Remember your past and thank God for the future. Let your victories not take you away from the Lord.

Let’s pray

Shall we pray to Jesus? Please invite Jesus into your life. Do not look at your past failure, but look above and seek the name of Jesus. He wants to make you victorious. Pray the below prayer from the bottom of your heart. Let’s pray.

Dear Jesus, I come to you before your throne of grace and mercy. You are my God and my Lord. Please come into my life. Be my God. Forgive all my past mistakes. Wash me with your precious blood. Please lead me. You are the way maker. I surrender my life to you.

You know my failures in my life. I believe in you. I put all my trust in you. You alone can change my life. Jesus, please help me. I am here to pour out my heart in your feed. I bow down before you. Please lift me up from the current situation.

I believe you will answer my prayer. I believe you will change my situation. I praise you because you are going to make me victorious in everything I do. Nothing is impossible for you. I pray in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

Dear Friend, Jesus wants to make you victorious. Do not seek Him only for the earthly victory. Jesus wants to help you be victorious over sin, death, temptations, and evil.
