Dear Friend, we wish you a very happy New Year from the bottom of our hearts. Wherever you are right now, Jesus loves you and cares for your future. We warmly welcome you to the January 2026 – Message of Hope.
Jesus is alive. The times may change. The years may roll on. But He does not get cha8nged. His power has not diminished. His love for us has not gone cold. He has done many miracles for many over the past years. We have documented all of them as testimonies here. Have you experienced testimonies in your life through this ministry? If yes, please share with us. We are happy to glorify God along with you.
At the end of this message, we will pray together for your needs. If you have personal needs, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for prayers in the link provided below.
We all make New Year’s resolutions. We want to give the new year a fresh start. Many of us set meticulous plans and goals for ourselves in the new year.
Let’s look at some Biblical heroes and learn how they planned their futures.
Today, let’s look into Apostle Paul’s life. He made a plan for his life, which he summarized in Philippians 3:13, 14.
I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead, I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us. – Philippians 3:13,14 NLT.
Why did Paul have to forget his past?
Among all the Apostles, Paul was the most educated. He opposed Christ vehemently. He even persecuted and was planning to destroy Christianity. Paul firmly believed Christ was crucified, and he never resurrected. He was very proud of his Jewish birth. Paul made a careful effort to believe in every Jewish law.
When Jesus met Paul on the road to Damascus, Paul realized he was absolutely wrong. Jesus was alive. He saw Jesus face-to-face. He realized Christianity was right, and He was standing on the wrong side, opposing them.
Hence, Paul had to forget his past by reconciling with Jesus.
Some of us today have to forget our past, too.
Dear friend, is your past acting as a stumbling block in your life? Are your past mistakes, hurts, bitterness, anger, sins, and obsessions stopping your spiritual journey? Today is your day. Please come to the presence of Jesus and reconcile with Him.
Jesus wants to erase all your past and give you a new future today. He wants to take all the hurt and the pain you carry. Please come to Him and call out the name of Jesus. It is your day. Allow Jesus to mend your heart. Surrender your life to Him. He will give you a glorious future.
Let’s pray to forget our past and reconcile with Jesus. Please pray the prayer below from the bottom of your heart.
Dear Jesus, I come to your presence and lay all my past at your feet. You know my past and all my shortcomings. I did not follow you with all my heart. I followed my own thoughts. I made my own decisions. Please forgive me. Wash me with your precious blood. I want to surrender my life to you. Fill me with your peace. Help me serve you with all my heart. In the mighty name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
Dear Friend, we pray with you that your heart will forget the past this new year and leave all the hurt behind. So that you can move forward with the renewed goal and purpose.
He (The Lord) has removed our sins as far from us as the east is from the west. – Psalm 103:12 NLT.
If we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness. – 1 John 1:9 NLT
Focus on One thing – Heavenly Price:
Paul was determined to focus on one thing. He had one goal: to receive the heavenly prize. He was not distracted by the earthly attractions and burdens.
Today, satan keeps many of us under financial stress, depression, anxieties, worries, and fear so that we will never be able to focus on the heavenly reward.
Some of us who work in sales roles will know how they are rewarded and incentivised for the sales they make. Jesus himself rewards those who work tirelessly for His kingdom.
Please focus on the kingdom goals and heavenly prize above everything else in this New Year.
Pressing on to the end of the race:
It does not matter who scores the first goal in a football match. It matters who scores the maximum number of goals when the final whistle is blown. It does not matter who wins all the league matches. But it really matters who reaches the finals and wins the final game.
Even in our spiritual journey, what matters is the end. Solomon had a wonderful start as a King, but ended his life far away from God. Paul, whose life we are discussing today, started as a murderer but ended up as an Apostle of God.
The beginning is good, but the end is most important. We need to press on to end our lives.
Jesus will honor those who will end the race as victorious. Here are the rewards he had committed to those who are victorious.
All who are victorious will be clothed in white. I (Jesus) will never erase their names from the Book of Life, but I will announce before my Father and his angels that they are mine. Revelation 3:5 NLT.
All who are victorious will become pillars in the Temple of my God, and they will never have to leave it. And I will write on them the name of my God, and they will be citizens in the city of my God—the new Jerusalem that comes down from heaven from my God. And I will also write my new name on them. – Revelations 3:12 NLT.
Dear Friend, will you give your life a new perspective this year, one focused on heaven? Will you align your goals with heaven’s expectation and be willing to run for the glory of heaven?
Our life on earth is short. But the life in heaven is eternal. Let’s pray to Jesus to give us a heart to live a life focused on our eternal home.
Please place your hand on your heart and call upon the name of Jesus. Invite Him into your life. Ask Him to give you a new purpose this year. If you have personal needs, let’s take them to the Lord in prayer. Let’s pray.
Dear Jesus, we are praying alongside our dear brothers and sisters who are seeking a heavenly vision and purpose this year. Lord, it is your desire for us to have a longing for heavenly purpose. Please give us a new heart. Help us to run our earthly race, focusing on you. Help us not to waste our precious time on this earth by living selfish and self-centered lives.
Dear Jesus, we are praying for everyone who is in desperate financial, spiritual, physical, and emotional need. You know them. Please come and touch their lives. Heal them and help them to prosper this year. We believe in you. You are the heavenly father. You alone can answer our prayers. You alone will be a helper, comforter, and our healer. You are going to make this year a blessing for everyone. We pray in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
Dear Friend, Thanks so much for joining us today. Please continue to focus on the heavenly purpose. Jesus will bless you and make you a blessing for many.
Amen. Thank You.
