What if our government comes up with the law and enforces fees for the air we breathe? How many of us will find it logical? We will be highly emotional. There will be several news articles justifying why the air we breath should be free. There could be several justifications. If we deeply look closer many important things in life came to us free of cost. We might not have thought about it and we might not have appreciated the person who gave it for free.
The sunlight we receive every day is free. It not only brightens our day, but we also use sunlight in farming, heating, generating electricity. Sunlight gives us Vitamin D and without it, we can’t even imagine how our life would be. What about rain? It comes every year during a season and fills the lakes and ponds. We can keep adding the free items we get in life. All of them are precious and important elements for human life but still, they are not priced and given freely.
If we carefully look closer none of these ever gets over. Sun keeps coming back every morning. The rain keeps coming and keeps giving us water supply. No one ever complained the city of new york lacks oxygen because of its population. If there is supply then there is a supplier. If we don’t control the movement of sun and rain then there is somebody beyond the us who controls it. He is not only the supplier but he is also known as a provider. We worship and bow down before the provider and call him God.
Does our God only care about our physical needs? God’s care about a man goes beyond his physical needs. Naturally designed mother’s love for her child is free at the same time priceless. God’s precious love for humanity is absolutely free. Bible says, God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. God forgave all our past mistakes and by paying the price himself on the cross. Bible says, He (Jesus) was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. Above all God has created an eternity for each one of us free of cost. Bible says, Things which the eye has not seen and the ear has not heard, And which have not entered the heart of man, All that God has prepared for those who love Him. God has given his heavenly peace free of cost for those who are willing to trust him. Jesus said, Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
Dear Friend, All precious things were given to us free of cost. God mercifully never attached any price tag to the precious things of this world. If He would have done it then all our wealth would not be sufficient enough to purchase those precious things. What a great God he is?

Dear God, What a great God you are? You have created this earth out of your infinite wisdom. You have given the most precious things in life free of cost. I thank you for your glorious plans. Lord, I thank you for sending your beloved son Jesus. Thank you for forgiving my past mistakes through the precious blood of Jesus Christ. Who can question your plans? Who can doubt your ways? No one. Lord, Thank you for everything you have done in my life. We pray in Jesus’s name.
